Terms and Conditions
Draft for review by Extern Technology LLC SPC before release.
- You may use eCMessenger to exchange transactions with Shafafiya on behalf of a facility you are authorised to act for.
- You are responsible for keeping your Shafafiya credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the files you submit, and for protecting the Windows account and computer you use.
- Shafafiya is operated by the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi. The publisher does not control its availability, its validation results or its data.
- When you save a new connection, and when Shafafiya accepts a facility's credentials, eCMessenger Client sends that facility's license to the publisher, which records the first and last dates the facility logged in. No credentials, files or patient data are included.
- A new facility receives a 60-day trial, which starts when its first connection is saved. The publisher records the plan and its start and end dates. When the plan ends, the Shafafiya features are unavailable until the facility upgrades to Premium.
- The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this software.
